  • Assure quality on a budget without taking shortcuts that leave the house looking like a patch-work quilt. 
  • Keep you up-to-date on project status and changes as well as walking you through assistance with utility connections, security recommendations, etc.  (Especially important for long-distance investors) 
  • Stays current with the market from a real estate/marketing/sales perspective and puts finishing touches on each property to increase the marketability.
